Professional on line learning programmes (2009)
Professional learning is one of the natural niches of job opportunities for an educationalist. This special kind of Learning finds a perfect context in ICT, because the virtual environment allows workers from different fields to flexibly access learning programmes. There is flexibility in the timetable, as well as flexibility in the organization of contents and the level of depth of the programmes. This course is designed for working online. In consequence, the methodology is based on the compromise of students in autonomous learning. Continuous work, a good rhythm and level of reading to effectively understand the content of each topic is crucial to it. This course is based on a practical view of the general topic. The main objective of this is for students to successfully gain abilities which will enable them to design a proposal for a program of professional learning which could be effectively provided across the Internet.
